This web page is owned and managed by SailingCompass and all photos and information are the private property of the company.  The company reserves the right to make any improvements and changes to the web page without any prior notice.

Also, no booking is valid until you have received your contract signed and the downpayment is cleared.

Accessing as a potential charterer

When using SailingCompass contacting forms you agree not to be false or misleading, not to harass, cause distress, or cause inconvenience to anyone, contact anyone with chain letters. The site is intended for use by persons above 18 years of age, or with parental or guardian consent. Anyone under the age of 18 years should not provide any personal information or contact details. The company maintains the right to delete any information that is considered to be provided from anyone under the age of 18 years.

Cancellation

Shall you wish to cancel your sailing vacation, then this can be done via the phone, website contact form or email. The refund policy is based on the time-interval between the travel date and the cancellation date.
